UMAMI began as an electronic music radio programme curated by Giulia Napoli for RadioClubVDA. After a successful season, the project evolved to include Max Renna and Simone ‘Funi’ Fougnier to its roster, transforming UMAMI into a format. In summer 2024, UMAMI organised its first event at the Torre Piezometrica in Aosta, transforming this unique space into a meeting point for lovers of electronic music in its more underground facets such as UK Garage, Drum & Bass and Techno. UMAMI is research, contamination and sharing, a project in continuous evolution.
